The Canadian Launch of Understanding Administrative Law in the Common Law World: January 26, 11.30 EST

Happy New Year to you all. Blogging has been hindered recently by a spectacular confluence of writing deadlines, with no fewer than four lengthy papers due for submission in January, but I expect normal service to resume over the next few weeks (including links to some of those papers).

In the meantime, you may be interested in tuning into the Canadian launch of Understanding Administrative Law in the Common Law World (OUP, 2021), featuring Professors Mary Liston and Jacob Weinrib, in a session moderated by Justice Georgina Jackson of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. Register here. The book is currently out of stock in North America, but you can read the first chapter for free here. You can also read this review by Ian Mackenzie at Slaw.
