Supreme Courts and the Common Law (8 hour webcast)

We are literally in the middle of packing our bags today, so this is a quick note to draw your attention to the availability of the webcast from Supreme Courts and the Common Law, held at the Cyberjustice Laboratory last Friday. Chief Justice McLachlin kicks off the event (after some introductory remarks from me, Guy Léfèbvre and Jean-François Gaudreault-DesBiens) and there are panels on supreme court decision-making, public law and private law.
